Senior Production Engineer | SDA

Job Description

- Implement safety health and environmental requirements and standards in his area.

- Measure and enhance the skills matrix of production teams, assign tasks and duties to the production teams and develop training plans to enable them do their jobs effectively and encourage them to contribute with innovative ideas in continuous improvement and perform the performance appraisal for production teams.

- Assign the daily production plans on work centers and follow the job orders execution on time and define the required resources for achieving production plans.

- Measure and follow the KPIs of his area (in Safety, Quality, Cost and Productivity) and investigate reasons of deviation and set corrective actions for it if any.

- Control production wastes and manage WIP inventory inside his area and assure the conformance with ERP system data on time.

- Keep equipment in good conditions by applying TPM system in coordination with maintenance department.

- Define the needed tools and consumables required to achieve production plan in budget and follow/control the actual consumption.

Requirements:

Functional Level:

- Good Knowledge of production & manufacturing techniques .

- Very good knowledge of problem solving, statistical tools & techniques .

- Good knowledge in Small Demotic Appliances (SDA) product features

- Lean Six Sigma knowledge is added plus .

- Excellent understanding for HSE standards and procedures

Business Level:

- Excellent understanding for Raya business code of conduct.

- Excellent understanding for Raya mission, vision and strategy.

- Excellent understanding for Raya corporate values.
