Job Description

- Manage the hotels sales team and create sales goals to meet revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the hotels customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and service.
- Analyze market trends, identify new markets and opportunities, and create plans to capitalize on them.
- Create and maintain sales reports to track performance and progress toward goals.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and gather information about the latest trends and strategies.
- Manage the hotels pricing strategy and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure maximum profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Front Office , Sales , , business administration, or a related field is required.
- Some employers may also require a Masters degree in marketing or business.
- Experience in sales and marketing is crucial, with at least five to ten years of experience in a hospitality-related industry.
- This includes managing and leading marketing and sales teams, creating marketing plans, and analyzing market trends. Knowledge of hospitality industry software and customer relationship management tools is also important.
- A person must have excellent communication and leadership skills to succeed in this role.
