A Digital Sales Specialist is a professional who focuses on selling products or services through digital channels.
In this role, you will be the heart of growth, retention and customer satisfaction with the companies Digital Solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force on the subject of Wellness Network products and services.
• Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity.
• Take care of customer education and activation in terms of e-learning, live education and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of Wellness platform and to maximize active users.
• Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market.
• Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management.
• Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in the Digital Sales field
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree
• Fluency in English
• Experience in Project Management – methodologies and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
• Knowledge of CRM management
• Knowledge of consultation-based selling techniques
• Long-term customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of sales operations (field sales and inside sales): scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management
• Knowledge of customer experience: analysis and deployment of processes and projects
