What you will be doing
- Assist the MUSE Loyalty Experiences & Private Clients team to manage and execute curated and partner-based events and activations
- Create event mood boards and event pitch presentations
- Define event success metrics and objectives
- Assist in the development of the ideas and creative concepts for company campaigns/ projects.
- Create accurate timelines and budget for the live and production elements of commissioned projects
- Responsible for the success of the company’s Events and Productions.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the company’s Events and Productions.
- Able to negotiate, source and liaise with suppliers.
- Able to manage coordination and logistics pertaining to an event or production.
- Communicate and report to management and suppliers.
- Event/ Activation registration, processing & follow up.
- Complete or delegate on-site event/ activation coordination.
What youll need to succeed
- Min 5years in event experience
