Plan organize and direct overall strategies and activities related to the research and publications for the Commission 2 Promote and strength institutional image credibility and operational efficiency of the PHC through brand communication both at the internal and external level 3 Responsible to design and conduct research and analysis activities around the goals of the organization 4 Monitor and update internal SOPs to ensure they incorporate regulatory changes and are in line with international guidelinespractices 5 Manage and coordinate research design data analysis 6 Analyze the results of field inspections monitoring visits research activities and evaluations 7 Responsible for the drafting and editing of crucial reports 8 Review and actively involves in content development of promotional campaigns Leaflets Brochures Posters 9 Represent the organization in the relevant occasions 10 PHC website content develop review and publish 11 Ensure that PHCs website is updated and steadily improved by posting articles blogs videos and other educational content 12 Proactively track progress of publication plan-related tasks 13 Support in implementation of the Quality Management System Any other tasks assigned by the management

Position Title:    Deputy Director (Research & Publications)

Requirements:

  Master’s Degree in Mass Communication/ English Literature, and Social Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized institute.

·         Professional qualification in Public Relations and media will be preferred.

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field

·         Demonstrable leadership skills with a flexible style – consensual and participative but decisive where warranted

·         Strong analytical and evaluation ability

·         Strong communication skills both verbal and written

·         Demonstrable integrity, energy, enthusiasm, commitment and persistence

·         Must be a team player

·         Must have strong computer literacy

·         Strong ability to multi-task and high degree of adaptability to changing situations.
