Position Title: Captain Waiter

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal

About the Client:

A well-known F&B group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to showcase Asian cuisine concept

Job Description:

• Assist guest with table reservation, serve food courses and beverages to guests

• Ensure guest are serviced within specified time

• Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette

• Set tables according to type of event and service standards

• Record transaction / orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order

• Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability.

• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Open to Eastern Europe nationalities

• 35 years and below

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in home country

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
