A multinational logistics company are currently looking for a logistics/project coordinator to join their team based in Dubai. You will be responsible for:

• Coordinate administration and operations procedures for the project team

• Being responsible for calculation and quoting to the customers for standard air/sea, out of gauge, domestic road/air, tenders & projects

• Checking the correctness of all accompanying documents: shipping documents, contracts, certificates, etc to develop products within sea & overland

• Coordinating and assist with onsite handling, assist Project Supervisor with marketing and sales activities and tender/quotations

• Working with the Project Supervisor/Manager and interstate Project Managers to develop strategies and activities to support existing client relationships.

• Assisting the Project Supervisor/Manager in the development and implementation of future project strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience in Cross Trade and/or Projects of 3-5 years

• Strong attention to detail with shipping documentations and alignment with FIATA and transport regulations

• Strong Customer Service skills and high service orientation

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Good written and spoken communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
