Job description / Role

• To have adequate knowledge of all project types, such as Feasibility Studies, Strategic Studies, Highest & Best Use as well as Research papers and should be able to complete the above project types under minimal supervision.

• Conduct primary and secondary research on the Middle East property markets.

• Conduct site visits; gather information on competitive landscape and demographics to help make recommendations for Highest and Best Use (HBU) of assets.

• Help prepare concise and succinct reports for various projects (Market & Feasibility (M&F) Study, Highest & Best Use, etc.) from the data collected and prepare strategic presentations as and when required.

• Have a general understanding of Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and general building guidelines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Ability to multi-task, work succeed under pressure and effectively manage time and workload.

• Ability to meet client expectations effectively and professionally and positively represent the firm.
