The hiring company is a privately owned company managed by Danish shipping people with head office located in Dubai. They mainly provide Shipping, Agency, and Logistic services in West and Central Africa. As well as solutions that involves Chartering, Stevedoring, Husbandry, Project Freight Forwarding, International Supply Chain Management, Oil & Gas/Offshore Support & Logistics and Warehouse Service and other tailor-made solutions with the best cost efficiency.
Job Role:
• Assist the General Manager for H/S within the HSEQ initiatives in the Group and setup suggestions for improvements of the current and future strategy
• Carry out audits and inspections and manage a program of preventative actions to improve best practice and high standards
• Monitor, review, suggest improvements and amend the management system
• Support the initiative of ISO9001 coordination and pre-implementation and future setup
• Suggest and support the design/implement of the risk management, risk assessment and compliance setup
• Support the delivery of manager and supervisor level company HSEQ inductions
• Develop a strong working relationship with all levels of employees and promote a culture of engagement and all as one company
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to French-speaking nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or any relevant field
• At least 3 years of work experience in the same role
• Must be fluent in English and French languages
• Must have a working knowledge in ISO9001 and HSEQ Management Systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be sharp, energetic, and highly strategic
