About the Client:
The hiring company is a well-known food manufacturing company that focuses on nuts, dried fruits & spices all over Middle East and Africa
Job Role:
• Analyze and execute procurement process for all requisition for Assets, Vehicle leasing, POSM, stationery, IT, service agreements and consumables item
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on the specifications of material & services required
• Analyze Forecast of implementations and plan for material requirement
• Research potential vendors (Import and Local) with skillset to execute
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers on price and service potential
• Manage Agreements and implementation protocols with suppliers
• Assist Supply chain head in negotiation of contract and special projects
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to meet project timelines
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on savings KPI, cost analyses and vendor performance
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed after approvals
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, tracking and delivery
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Any nationality
• 40 years old and below
• With at least 3 years purchasing role experience; specially in contract evaluation and negotiations
• Advance computer skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Market knowledge and connections
• Expert in using MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
